For over 20 years, I have managed the transformation of several ideas into mature production systems and operations of several web applications that serve millions of customers at places like Amazon.com, Cognizant, Fidelity/Alltel, PepsiCo, CMC Limited and Apple. I was very successful doing that by incessantly measuring and improving  user experience, user adoption, business bottomline metrics and bringing in predictability, repeatability  and consistency to the development process. I have also built and top graded development organizations.  My strength is in striking the right balance between speed, process and innovation.
